Too nice to be a rental! This beautiful home is in Bel Mar which means you can walk to everything! The home is less than 15 years old and is perfect for a family or a couple roommates as there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and a full finished basement with a bedroom and full bathroom. There is a two car garage that's painted and a small side yard with stamped concrete and a pergola. Bel Mar has many outdoor events, tons of shopping, restaurant's and a movie theater. It's like living downtown but without the chaos. We do require an application prior to showing the property.
