The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking the river, and an en-suite bathroom. The loft space has a sleeper sofa and a desk with river views. The mother-in-law suite has a private entrance through a welcoming breezeway, a large bedroom with a king-size bed and living space with a TV and sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and easy access to the main house and garage/game room.
