Leasing a furnished, spacious and fenced/gated off Townhouse w/ Hot Tub and Gym in a beautifully manicured gated South Tampa community starting June 1st of 2025. Many upgrades have been done including Hot Tub on Patio, New Sliding Patio Door, Garage Gym with Peloton, Weight Bench, TV, and Elliptical, newer AC unit, newer Hot Water Heater, Stainless Steel appliances, newer Washer & Dryer, all new upgraded ceiling fans (1 remote controlled), new Garage Door Opener and newer carpeting on stairs and second floor. Also, some of the pictures below have slightly changed in terms of decorations and there is a new 65 inch Roku 4K TV where the old DLP one was in the downstairs living area. It is located in South Tampa less than a mile from MacDill AFB (great if military or work on the base) and is in a great area for dining, nightlife, and commuting opposite rush hour traffic in a quiet, gated community with a pool and clubhouse. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a 1 car garage. The townhouse is furnished with furnishings from pictures although some minor decorations have been updated. Small furnishings and computer desk can be removed from the unit prior to renting. All you need is your toiletries, bedding, and clothes and you are all set! Move in fees would be first month's rent and a $1,500 deposit, which the deposit is needed to hold the townhouse. All applicants must pass background check, credit check, verification of employment and/or verification of income. Should you have any questions, please feel free to ask. There would be a $100 application fee that is due to the HOA upon move in. Tenants would be responsible for Utilities/Electric, Internet/Cable, Water, Sewage, and Trash unless they would like to add on the utility package to include all of that at actual cost and invoiced in the actual rent. Should it be a shorter term lease for military/government, or just to make it easier, a utility package can be added that would include water, sewage, trash, electric, Lightning internet, and Roku streaming in all rooms. 12 month lease - shorter lease within certain guidelines. Pets on a case by case basis and would incur a $350 per pet non-refundable fee.
