The master bedroom features a king bed that has a Sleep Number mattress for your comfort. You can regulate the hardness of both sides of the mattress with individual controls at your bedside. In case you want to relax in a bathtub, both the full bathrooms have large bathtubs for your comfort. We supply all of your towel and linen needs. Also, located downstairs is a laundry room that has a large washer and dryer. Local property manager available to help with any of your needs. Owner pay utilities and internet, snow removal and other yard care. Owner pays HOA fee that includes garbage pick up and other miscellaneous expenses. Renter must have 685 minimum credit score and good references. No more than 5 occupants. Cleaning fee is $250.
