A few months ago we listed this house for much less...but we have been doing some improvements such as a new heat pump and we have new roofing on the cinder block part of the house. The rest of the house has metal roofing. We also have built a new covered porch where the carport used to be leading to the entrance hallway and also a new covered porch just off the kitchen. This is the area we are focusing on to improve...The main part of the house which is original part is a cinder block house...no cracks over these 43 years since it was built which is a good sign. ...all utilities on the property also a well..make this a house of your dreams in a serene and quiet spot in the Cherokee National Forest..
