Property: Landlord hereby leases to Tenant the premises located at 567 Market St E, a townhouse in the Lakelands in Gaithersburg, Maryland ("Premises"). Security Deposit: Tenant agrees to pay a security deposit of one month's rent upon signing this Agreement. The security deposit will be returned to the Tenant upon the termination of this lease, less any deductions for damages or unpaid rent. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for paying all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, internet, etc. Use of Premises: The Premises shall be used and occupied by Tenant exclusively as a private single-family residence and in accordance with the HOA guidelines of the Lakelands community. Occupants: The Premises shall not be occupied by more than the agreed upon persons without the prior written consent of Landlord.
