Original home built in 1984 was tore down. New foundation and structure was built upon the lot in 2005 on the TV show "Renovate My Family" and last purchased in 2009 from the original owner. This is not a manufactured home but new ground up construction. Since the last purchase, the front yard was upgraded by re-landscaping which included digging out the front yard (Google street view shows a small hill) putting in new grass, sprinklers, plants, picket fence, small retaining wall. On the opposite side of garage a new brick walkway was laid down and another retaining wall installed. Back yard was upgraded with artificial turf and retaining wall and side gates. Additional upgrades within the interior include flooring, crown molding, new paint, carpet, etc...
