There's a public park right beside the building, separated by a fenced yard which you can open anytime with the common area key. You will receive an apartment key; common area key is being shared by all of us, do not loose it or you will pay a non-cheap fee. If you loose any other key, you will pay its duplication. At the common area there is a pool which is warm and clean, a hot jacuzzi, grills and a small gym, all this open from 7am to 11pm everyday. We are four students currently living at the place; 18, 20, 21,22 years old. We are cool and nice-living-with guys, willing to get other two RESPONSIBLE and CLEAN people in order to lower the rent (as students we like to think cheap and feel comfortable with every single one). Currently here are two people per room and the sitting room is to be shared by other two, both bathrooms are for the use of everyone. We are easygoing students who are always up for some new experiences, meet people and have fun. (No offensive, disturbing, annoying or uncomfortable situations are welcome). Total monthly rent is 1,710 The personal monthly payment will vary depending on the amount of people living at the place. 4 people: 427.5 + bills (water, electricity, internet) 5 people: 342 + bills 6 people: 286 + bills In order to sign the contract, each person will be required to prove the following: -Prove of gross monthly income; recommended $3,500. -Application fee $0 -Apartment agreement deposit $300 -Extra fees may apply depending on the administration office. The contract will be done by the October 31st 2015, therefore depending on each occupant availability, we will decide if a new contract may be signed for another 10 months or a year.
