It's never crowded, and even has been used for little kid's birthday parties, small celebrations, etc. There is a private door-code package and mail room. UPS, USPS, FedEx etc have access so you never need to be home to collect your packages. There is a door-code bike room, perfect to keep your bike or scooter safe. We are located 1 bock from the subway, so you get to the city really fast. The subway can also easily take you to Williamsburg, Queens, Green point if you go North, and Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, and Gowanus if you go South. Easy transfer to the A/C/L/7 trains if you're going to Manhattan. Plenty of really great restaurants nearby with outdoor seating, beautiful plant filled cafes, delis, mom and pop shops, art stores, and more. Super market right at the corner. Brand new organic supermarket a few blocks away. 3 blocks to Kosciusko Pool, 5 minute bike ride to Fort Greene Park and 15 to Prospect Park where they both have weekend markets for fresh vegetables and local art.
