Two large master suites each accommodate a king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms feature queen-size beds. One master bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub, the other master bathroom is equipped with a shower. The 3 bathrooms have a shower. The living room, flooded with natural light, is adorned with sliding glass doors. The open layout of the living area encompasses a cozy TV corner with a spacious couch and a dining area adjacent to the open kitchen. The dining table comfortably seats the entire family, and the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a counter, is ideal for quick breakfasts or snacks. The large south-facing terrace, guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The heated pool invites you to relax and unwind. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. The entire pool and lanai area is surrounded by a pool screen. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. In the pool area there is a spacious outdoor shower, which offers complete privacy thanks to a complete wooden surround. A path takes you to the dock. The well-kept tiki hut invites you to linger. Treat yourself to a cool drink, let your eyes and thoughts wander and enjoy Cape Coral with its unique atmosphere. The villa is very quiet and centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and much more are waiting for you. Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. You can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva in the fastest way. You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking. Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa. Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. On site you will be looked after by our bilingual property management in German or English. Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out. We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
