Ensure that the parking passes found in the unit are hung from the rear-view mirror to avoid towing. There are community spaces available for visitors and any extra vehicle. Follow parking rules to avoid any uncomfortable situations as we are not responsible for any towing costs. The apartment offers self check-in and check-out. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, let us know immediately upon check-in for restocking.
