I added a pebble tec pool with an in ground jacuzzi that has a gas heater to heat the jacuzzi. In addition to the pool a waterfall and landscaping was added. The landscape includes full grown queen palms and pygmy palms with plants and grass with a sprinkler and drip system for each. There’s also a permitted 200 sq. ft. brick house storage in the back yard. Total value of the backyard was $37,000. I have receipts. I also did a partial remodel of both restrooms.
