    My partner and I are moving out of state and need someone to take over our lease. The lease goes through 5/31 with the option to renew. We're slightly flexible on the timing, but are hoping to have someone take over between 12/1 and 12/15, plus or minus a couple weeks. Some highlights: The unit is large for Boulder (~950 sq. ft.) - we both work from home full-time and don't feel cramped Second floor and facing away from the street. Nice and quiet. Tons of light (one whole wall in the living room is floor to ceiling windows, floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms) Wraparound deck, facing West Multiple large trees outside the living room and bedroom windows Central AC Flatiron views Working fireplace Large walk-in closet in main bedroom Pet friendly (dogs and cats) Two pools (indoor and outdoor) and a hot tub Two gyms (one for weights and another for yoga/cardio) Brand new in-unit washer and dryer Newer appliances Ceiling fan Costs: Rent is $2,294/month plus $35 amenity fee (pools, gym, grounds keeping, common room, etc.). They've raised the rent since we moved in, so this would be a good way to get locked into a lower price if you're planning to stay in Boulder for awhile Covered parking spot for ($45/month) would also be on the lease, but can be removed if not wanted There's basement storage available for a $15/month fee as well Electricity/gas are handled by tenants, but all other utilities are calculated for the whole building and billed through property management Apologies for the pictures, we're already packing up so the place is cramped/messy.
