Apartment is under Bristol Club management which includes gym access, spa all year-round and a pool during the summer. We are moving to Florida and we need to sublease as soon as possible. We will pay for all necessary paperwork and fees and will sublease to anyone at below-market rates. Cats allowed, no dogs. This is a sublease through May 2016 with a 60 day notice required to renew post May 2016. We love the apartment but we need to move to Florida for a job transfer.
