House is liveable at the moment. Will need lots of repairs and remodeling due settling. Needs jacked up and piered in a few spots. Wil need new roof soon. This is a project home fpr someone with the skills and time could be a nice 1st home. I purchased it for the 2 car garage and fenced in yard. Currently renting with tenants in it at 400 a month but will be moving shortly. Please do not disturb tenants if going to view in person. Thanks
