Non-refundable deposit of $500 and additional monthly fee $10 per month. + Insurance: Renter required to have Renter insurance at all time, full declaration and policy must be provided prior move-in date. + Deposit: Applicant must submit security deposit in certified funds such as cashier check, wire or Zelle (personal checks will not be accepted for security deposits) and sign lease within 48 hours of acceptance of the application. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the application.
