Downtown Sarasota is 18 minutes and downtown St. Pete is 40 minutes. Just enter through the patio door to the optionally heated swimming pool that is also enclosed from the Florida bugs. On the end of the pool under shade is a sitting area with outdoor loveseat, coffee table and two chairs. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the fresh air. The second bedroom has a queen bed decorated with neutral colors of beige and soft white. Large window allows the morning sun to gently roll in. Wood tile floors are comfortably cool under your suntanned feet. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make one king bed.
