The outdoor patio with bbq, fire pit and breathtaking views is a hosts dream home! Renters are responsible for all utilities, high speed Internet will be provided by the landlord. Absolutely no smoking indoors. If any of the interior furniture is damaged, the renters will be responsible for replacing it at market value. The minimum rental is 30 days per Sonoma county law, but we do not have a requirement beyond month to month rental after that.
