Private patio with seating, gas firepit, and BBQ grill. Kid-friendly gear available on request. Driveway parking for two cars and exterior security cameras for peace of mind (to protect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the home).
Rental Details:
- Non-smoking property inside and outside.
- Quiet hours after 10pm. No parties or events.
- All adult guests must complete background verification ($45 application fee/adult).
- Renters insurance required for the duration of the stay.
- City occupancy tax (TOT) waived for stays of 31+ days.
**If your stay is longer than one month, a basic cleaning will be included once per month at no extra cost. This helps us keep the home in great condition during your visit and for future guests. We'll coordinate with you to schedule the monthly cleanings. The cleaning fee shown in the listing covers only the move-out cleaning at the end of your stay.
