This is a perfect home for families of any size. It has refrigerated air conditioning and comes with a fridge, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. I'm a hands-off landlord, all I expect is respect for the property and on-time payments and there won't be any issues! Only non-smokers as renters. Small pets are OK with an additional pet deposit. All utilities/expenses to be paid by tenant.
