Here's the thing, it's nice, it's trendy, the layout is smooth, functioning and downright great. The kitchen is doing it's thing with it's butcher block countertops, stainless steel appliances and open shelving. The dining room has it's own thing going on with the custom accent wall. Instead of your laundry chilling in the basement next to a Pgh potty, you can complete that fun daily task on the first floor :) Is that a win? Yea. (Insert 90's NOT joke here) Heading upstairs it doesn't get any better...NOT.
