The terms for this rental property are up-front and clear. Because this studio is for short to mid-term stays, the following terms apply: Duration of Stay: Minimum of 1 month; the space is ideal for 3-6 months Payments: All payments will be auto-paid through the Zillow platform Application Qualification: Must pass Zillow approved background check Contract Extension: Must request 30 days before end of contract, approved at owners discretion Parking: There is one off-street parking spot available for use Smoking: Absolutely no tobacco smoking on the property or inside the studio Pets: Large and small dogs permitted, but must be disclosed and approved before signing rental agreement. A one-time $50 non-refundable pet fee will be required at lease signing per pet to cover additional cleaning fees after move out. Any structural damage will be charged based on a quote by our handyman. Damage to furniture, appliances, or home decor will be charged based on the full cost to replace with a new, similar item. Theft will be charged at full price of the original item. Downpayment will be held in full until inspection has been completed and fees assessed (no more than 7-14 days).
