There is a lovely back yard for gardening and a quaint front porch for enjoying coffee in the morning. The home is located only 10 minutes from Bear Creek Lake Park and only 9 minutes from RED ROCKS! It's also only 2 blocks from the C-470 bike path that goes straight to bear creek park! One room will be available for rent starting March 15th and can be furnished for an additional fee. It will be me and my two pups, so please no additional pets (unless you have a nice turtle). The rent ($975/month) includes the entire downstairs area! You will have your own private bathroom (shown in pictures), and your own living room area that roughly connects to the kitchen. The rent will also include high speed internet.
