Private, furnished room to rent with private bathroom attached in a new construction 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom 2,000 sq ft house. Each room comes with a bed, mattress, dresser and night stand, and there is shared furniture in the living room. The house is about 1 mile from campus and 0.5 miles from downtown. Landscaping, pest control, trash and on-premises parking is included in rent. There are two male roommates signed on, and we are looking to fill the other two rooms. The current roommates are all UGA students, and we are looking for other students or young professionals. Unless the tenant has a good credit score and can prove income, parental guarantees are required. Term goes from July 24, 2025, to July 23, 2026. Each tenant receives a key. Utilities cost between $40 - $100 per month per person, depending on the season and the service plans the tenants choose.
