From this property, it is just a short walk to the Chalet Village Community trout pond and private pool for the residents. The monthly rental rate covers water, general grounds, sewer, and HOA fees. The resident is responsible for electricity and internet. This cabin is located in an HOA community that maintains regulations for your safety and enjoyment of the beautiful homes and views. All residents living in the home must be listed on the lease agreement. No firepits are permitted for the safety of nearby residents. No smoking is allowed inside the home, and no parties are allowed. There is a two car limit for parking. All residents on the lease must adhere to the HOA regulations.
