I have 1-2 bedrooms for rent in a gorgeous, peaceful sanctuary home in N AVL. Quiet, beautiful, clean house by UNCA and walk to Botanical Gardens. GREAT location. Beautiful house with wrap-around porch, bamboo forest and woods for privacy, stream, patio. Downstairs has a living room, kitchen, dining room with east facing, hand-built breakfast bar. Wraparound porches. There is a bedroom suite that a tenant occupies. He is in his late-20's and is a respectful, kind human who works with kids, at Chai Pani and is actively involved in post-Helene cleanup. Upstairs has two more bedrooms and another huge, spacious living room and full bath. You would occupy one of these two bedrooms ($900) OR have the entire upstairs floor to yourself 95% of the time ($1550). At times, I may be visiting and occupy one of the bedrooms. I am a bodyworker, healer, living in CO. Utilities are an additional $150/month per person, or $200 for a couple. No smoking/vaping. There is a cat who lives here. Additional pets considered on a case-by-case basis, yet preference is no more pets. My house is a wonderful space and I look forward to welcoming in a new tenant! Thank you.
