Picnic table and benches under the deck for when you want to escape the sun and craft with shells and/or driftwood found on the beach. Walkway to harbor, share beach access with bayside owner across the street (we can walk on their property to the bay, they can walk on our property to the harbor). Hot & cold outdoor shower, sprinkler system. We allow pets with approval. PLEASE NOTE! GPS map shows the the house as on Bianco Road but it is actually Sammys Beach Road - Sammys Beach Road starts at Old House Landing Road and dead-ends at the public beach; Bianco Road is a private road that runs between Old House Landing Road and Sammys Beach Road. Neighborhood Description Quiet - people walk by with their dogs, on the way to the inlet for some exercise or to go fishing. Boating, sailing and kayaking on the harbor just out your back door.
