New water heater and oil tank installed at the time of purchase. Hot water and baseboard heat supplied through an oil fired furnace and a new (2019) natural gas forced hot air and central A/C unit installed in 2019. Natural gas piping run for the furnace for future conversion. City water with a septic and leach field installed in 2010. The back yard of the property is huge and a survey and pictures attached to illustrate that as well. In August of this year, we experienced a small kitchen fire that resulted in heavy smoke damage throughout the rest of the house. As a result, we were required to completely gut the interior of the house and the whole house is now odor free. The house has been thoroughly inspected and there is NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. There was only one area near the stove where minor charring occurred and pictures are attached. My family and I simply don't want to go through the remodeling process again and are selling the whole place as is. Our loss is your gain. The property is for sale by owner and we have no need to be represented by a Realtor. Please do not contact us asking to do so. We have a real estate attorney on retainer and are ready for a quick closing.
