The S&W Art Deco Loft is on the third floor, with a view of Pritchard Park, the gathering place for the Friday night drum circle. Just an elevator ride away you will find a craft-cocktail bar at the S&W. The lofts central location makes for a great home base as you venture out to explore local attractions like the Biltmore Estate, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Pisgah National Forest.
