It has quick access to I-85 and is a very quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. The driveway was previously done with gravel and storm water pipes on approximately 350 ft. but is very overground now. Electrical services were installed with 3 poles, 1 transformer, 1 security light, 200 AMP and temporary certified installation with 2-20 AMP and 1-30 AMP outlet but is no longer active due to tree falling across the line. The City of Grantville will require a permit and building plan before reconnecting the electricity. Land clearance was done for construction but is very overground now. Level 3 soil environmental report was done, which is needed for septic tank permit application. However, this lot may now be available to connect to public sewer. Verify and request information from the City of Grantville. The post office address of 56 Holtzclaw Road was assigned by the post office with a mailbox. However, the mailbox has been removed so the address would need to be confirmed again with the post office. An updated survey has been completed and the land has a fence on 3 sides on the correct property lines. The road frontage has not been fenced but has a new gate over the drive entrance to the property. City of Grantville Building Requirements are available in the documents.
