Have pictures of condos on the web site. Owner pays for Cable, expanded, WY FI, Water, and trash. Renter only pays for Electric. One small pet may be considered. All outside lawn care also provided. Will be a 12 month lease starting in October. keeping the number of renters to a max of 2 per unit. maybe 3, will see on a case by case basis. Will also verify income and need references.
