The unit is heated with a pellet stove in the winter (there is an electric wall heater as well). There are two parking spots available and pets are negotiable upon approval. There is a shared hot tub for the complex on site. The location is very close to canyon lodge (0.5 mi) which is great for winter skiing access, close to the village ( 0.6 mi about a 10 min walk) which is great for walking to all the summer music events, and the lakes basin is just a quick drive or bike. You can also walk over to lakeview and hop on the shuttle if you want to take public transportation. 1 year lease, unit is available starting November 1st. No shorter leases considered at this time. First month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Additional deposit required for pets. Renter is responsible for electricity (Avg. $ 70 to $ 110 depending on use). Owner pays for water, trash, snow removal, basic cable and internet. No outside storage allowed of any kind.
