You can also walk over to lakeview and hop on the shuttle if you want to take public transportation. 1 year lease, unit is available starting November 1st. No shorter leases considered at this time. First month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Additional deposit required for pets. Renter is responsible for electricity (Avg. $ 70 to $ 110 depending on use). Owner pays for water, trash, snow removal, basic cable and internet. No outside storage allowed of any kind.
