This is a one-story home Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 8 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. -You must be 25 years old to rent The Anchor House. CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. THE LAYOUT Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, single vanity, and a large walk-in closet. 1st Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with cozy linens. 2nd Guest Bedroom: Three twin beds, perfect for kids or friends. 2nd Bathroom: Shower/tub combo for convenience. Open Living Space The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas, ensuring everyone can gather together for meals, lounging, or relaxation. Large windows flood the space with natural light, complemented by wide-plank vinyl flooring. The kitchen is stocked with starter supplies, including paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods for your first few days. Additional Features Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, starter laundry pods, iron, ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies provided.
