Rent is $1,200.00 a month plus a $1,200.00 security deposit. Utilities are not included. Mowing and snow removal are tenant's responsibility. Our application process is as follows: you must first fill out an application and turn it in with a $35.00 application fee. Once we receive your application fee and the application we can schedule a time for you to see the property. If you want to move forward we will run the credit and background check, which is what the application fee covers. If you do not wish to proceed than we will refund the application fee.
