    Wonderful building lot for a permanent home with some privacy. Wooded seclusion with very few neighbors and lots of nature and wildlife. Easy access to 13 hwy puts you 15 minutes from Bolivar or Springfield. 5 acres with new circle drive, gate, power and nice 24x40 shop/garage or tiny house. Building could be a nice start of a home to finish as you want or could be lived in while you build your dream house. Building mainly just needs siding and the French drain to be finished.
