NOTE! The only reason our home is on Zillow is because we listed the home next door, and they were showing the adjacent property as a 1960 trailer. So much for up to date alogrithms. And it took forever to get Zillow to let me correct the info, and then they put their Zestimate of $223K on our new home that we just spent 450K building. IF you sell your home For Sale by Owner, Zillow will undercut your asking price with their Zestimate so you have a difficult time selling it. We listed with a realtor at 450K and the Zestimate went above our price. When we went to FSBO, the Zestimate dropped 144K within a week. And when our home sold FSBO, they just say "off of market", not "SOLD" as this realtor run company wants everyone to enlist the services of a realtor.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
