Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. Shuffleboard Shared Gym Shared Pool We are minutes from PGA West with five public courses to choose from, as well as SilverRock Resort, an Arnold Palmer Classic Course, another terrific local option. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament. ARE THEY HEATED? Clubhouse hours: 5:30 am 10 pm. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. We've set up a security camera outside, positioned on the front entrance door, and another one on the corner of the garage to ensure safety throughout your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure guest respect local noise ordinances during quiet hours. Tenant agrees to pay a $350 monthly utility fee. No smoking inside. Only dogs allowed with a $150 pet cleaning fee per dog. Additional fee for heating the pool/spa.
