Utilities not included. The lease is for 1 year from September 1, 2025. I am looking for renters willing to do yard work, take good care of the house and able to take care small fixes. Non-smokers only. Some personal items are stored in the garage. No AC available, only central heating. Furniture includes sofas in the living room, dining tables and chairs, a full size bed, queen size bed, office desk and a piano. This means that you have limited space to bring your own furniture, so kindly keep this in mind. I will need you to provide 3 references as well as a background check.
