As you make your way towards the back of the unit, you will find the second of 2 large master bedrooms with a recently updated ensuite, or attached, bathroom and plenty of closet storage. Lastly, the backyard has an additional storage room to keep your belongings safe and sound. Parking is both plentiful and unassigned, and the lot is right next to the front door. There are plenty of retail shops and places to eat close by. There is also a biking/walking nature path called Little Dry Creek and a Kaiser Medical Center right behind the condo with a couple of lakes and golf courses nearby. Major highway access to I70/I76 & Hwy 36 is also a short distance away.
