I'm looking to sublease my 700 sqft apartment at Apex 5510 in Gunbarrel, CO, which is a quick 10 minute drive to Boulder and Longmont. My lease ends 11/4/21, and I'm hoping someone can take over the lease starting at the end of June or early July as I will be relocating for work. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, south facing, great light, and has amazing views of the mountains from all windows. The apartment will be unfurnished unless discussed with me prior. I am open to leaving it furnished given a financial incentive. The prospective sublessee will need to apply with Apex 5510 and will need to provide renters insurance. Apex has an amazing gym and pool/hot tub that the sub-leaser will have access too. Its also near a grocery store, several trails, and restaurants. Utilities: water is usually around $30/month and electricity is around $80. Valet trash is $25 a month. Pets are allowed. The apartment will be unfurnished unless we have agreed upon otherwise. Sublessee will need to submit an application for Apex 5510 ($25 which I'm happy to refund) and also get renter's insurance. The lease ends 11/4/21. The sublessee will have the option to reapply and continue to lease in the same apartment if they wish once.
