Also thinking of improving property to have a horse and/or mini goat on it. Or mini sheep? Unique property that would allow for gardening/farming if interested. Home with d/w, w/d central air/heat, wood floors and Italian tile in kitchen. Neat park-live property that is nice for anyone that that enjoys gardening and growing food and working on landscaping and trees. 2 Outside buildings include a guest quarters for visitors who stay the night! One workshop - large open garage area could be used for motorcycles, wood working or ? Large Living area, Dining area and enclosed lovely sun-room sitting area that overlooks the land. Firrepits and outside patio to barbeque. Trying to be an Environmentally and energy and water use aware, clean and minimalistic household. Always a work in progress. Occasional dinner parties and guests but mostly fairly busy with work and projects. We do enjoy a nice glass of wine or a true nightcap cocktail or a cold beer after mowing the lawn - however not really into having heavy drinkers/smokers in this household - we want to be healthy and positive.
