This home is provided with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, and feel like a home away from home. Quiet neighbors help make this place feel calm. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities, and the house is supplied with cleaning supplies, basic toiletries, linens, and laundry supplies. This home is fully furnished and is being listed as a long-term rental (9 months minimum), but if you are looking at a longer stay, please feel free to discuss. Residential policies: Lease duration: 9 months+ Pets must be on leash when not contained within the fenced yard. Smoking within the property is prohibited. Renter must follow all rules and regulations when utilizing the recreational center's amenities. Pets are allowed upon review by landlord. Renter is expected to maintain the front and back yards (water grass, maintain weeds, pick up leaves, remove snow from sidewalks, etc...) Additional fees: Utilities covered by tenant (water, gas, sewer, trash, internet, electricity). HOA covered by landlord. $800 pet deposit due upon signing (will be reimbursed upon lease ending) $500 cleaning deposit due upon signing (fully refundable)
