This is a two bedroom one bath upstairs apartment. There is one main bedroom as well as smaller second bedroom. There is a fridge that comes with this rental. There may be additional overages for excessive use of water. There is a $200 nonrefundable pet deposit fee (one pet), and a $50 for each additional pet.
