Ideal rent term is for 5-6 months with a possible extension, but we are open to any stay over 60 days, preference given to those wanting to rent for 5-6 months. House is currently furnished with one upstairs bedroom with queen bed, 1 empty bedroom with bunk bed that can be installed, additional bedroom that has desk and office furniture, and 1 private basement bedroom with queen bed and dresser and desk. The house furnishing can be adjusted as needed, but priority to those who want it as-is. Nice sized deck with edison bulbs hung, fire pit in backyard, big grassy yard, tons of room to chill outside. This is our favorite neighborhood in PDX. Great North Portland (NoPo) walking neighborhood, with many cafes and bars to choose from. Close to Old Gold, Spitz, Advice Booth, Greeley Tavern, Mio Sushi, Double Mountain, Stacks Coffee Shop and so many others. Also close to the Max and central bus lines if you prefer to leave your car at home. Our priority is to have someone in the house who will care for it as well as we would.
