The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. There are strict quiet hours per the city of Seminole from 10 PM to 7 AM, and grounds for termination if a noise complaint is received. No parties or events are allowed at this property. Guests have access to the entire house, minus the locked owner's closet, via keypad entry. A guest verification process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a rental agreement and providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in. A non-refundable $55 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
