These apartments are on the ground floor, on the same level as the parking area, so they are accessible for people with limited mobility.) Tenant pays their own utilities (gas, electric and water). Utilities are NOT included in rent. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Renter's choice: Pay all of security deposit up front or pay 6 equal monthly installments with a 10% administration fee.
