We live in a quiet neighborhood near Fossil Creek Park, Zwei Brewing, Trader Joe's, the MAX, and the Mason Trail/Fossil Creek Bike Path intersection. My fiancee and I (plus our 2 cats) live in the upper level and will share laundry (located down stairs). This living arrangement works out great and allows for lots of privacy, as the levels are fully separated. Parking is on the street, but very convenient and generally right out front.
