Minimum 90-day seasonal rental. Available between January 1 and April 30, 2026, for a maximum of 4 months. Our home was fully restored in 2019. It has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing family stay in the wonderful town of Dunedin, FL. The house offers 2600sf, including three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A stylish front living room complete with a fireplace, as well as a wonderful rear family room that opens to a large Florida room and a sizable and relaxing backyard. A gourmet kitchen with a double oven and gas stove, and, of course, an amazing shaded front porch to sit in rocking chairs and enjoy the warm sea air. Most importantly, it's within a short walk of all the wonderful amenities that downtown Dunedin has to offer. One of the best features of our home is a brand-new screened-in porch. You can enjoy your morning coffee or tea in our beautifully landscaped backyard. The flowers, bird feeder, and fountain attract endless varieties of birds, butterflies, and squirrels! The firepit and landscaping lights also make evenings on the porch delightfully romantic. You can eat by lantern light at the dining table or roast marshmallows while listening to music on our Sonos speakers. Our home is perfect for traveling families. We have a piano, bicycles, scooters, tennis racquets, books, toys, beach toys, puzzles, games, bocce ball set, a gigantic Jenga, and a craft table stacked with creative art supplies. The covered picnic table in the backyard is a perfect place to paint or work on messy projects. Your children will also be delighted by the treehouse, basketball hoop, and ninja course! The location of our home can't be beat. It is a short 5-minute walk to the water, which includes a marina, restaurants, ice cream parlors, a playground, fishing charters, dolphin tours, a ferry, and spectacular sunset views. The bike trail is a 2-minute ride away. We have never owned a pet in this house, so if you have pet allergies, you can rest easy in our allergy-free home! All of our cleaning products are non-toxic, and we also use eco-friendly, unscented laundry detergent. In addition, the whole-house water filtration system provides ultra-purified water to every tap and showerhead. What you will love about this neighborhood: You will feel at home from the moment you first enter our little town. Dunedin is quaint, charming, and walkable. The vibe is relaxed and beachy. The preferred mode of transportation here is a golf cart! At night, the town comes alive with live music, alfresco dining, and families enjoying ice cream. It really feels like it could be straight out of a Hallmark movie. And, in fact, it is! The Hallmark movie 'A Taste of Love' was filmed here and accurately portrays the beauty of our town (one of the locations is a house on our street!). This coastal suburb of Tampa offers some of the area's best dining, art, shopping, biking, and beaches. Hop on the adorable "Jolly Trolly" to visit the internationally renowned beaches of Clearwater or the unique sponge docks of Tarpon Springs. Of course, the vibrant cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa are within a 30-minute drive and offer world-class dining, museums, and zoos. Dunedin is also the Home of Honeymoon Island, Florida's #1 state park! The island boasts clear emerald-green waters and baby powder-like sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island, its neighbor, are a step back in time into a world of old Florida beaches before condos and hotels were developed. Both these islands are natural and unspoiled by any development. For active families, the famous Pinellas Bike Trail provides 40 miles of biking and walking between Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and Clearwater. There are also fabulous options for golf, mini-golf, tennis, pickleball, boating, fishing, trail hiking, playgrounds, splash pads, and water sports like paddle boarding and jet-ski rental. In the spring, make sure to catch a Toronto Bluejays baseball game at the newly renovated TD Ballpark, within walking distance from our home. The Dunedin Bluejays, our amazing minor league team, play April-September. Additionally, Dunedin boasts a huge variety of craft breweries. Currently, we have 8 craft brewers within a mere mile of each other. This offers the beer enthusiast a great opportunity to walk the "pub crawl" and experience so many different beers and even sample local spirits at a local distillery. Dunedin is also the home to the oldest microbrewery in Florida, Dunedin Brewery. Each brewery is unique in design, and many offer nightly live entertainment. Finally, let's not forget that Disney World, Legoland, and Busch Gardens are all a short 1.5-hour drive from Dunedin! Minimum 90-day seasonal rental. Available between January 1 and April 30 for a maximum of 4 months.
