We would like to find responsible short term tenants to sublet our fully-furnished, comfortable home, very nicely located near Calistoga Road & Hwy 12. The home is 1700 sq. ft., one story, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attached garage, private yard & patio. Plus, we have a large, bright family room with lots of windows and two skylights in the rear of the house. It is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood on the east side of Santa Rosa close to the Sonoma vineyards and wineries, and a short drive to Napa Valley. We are very close to a few lovely parks with great hiking and biking opportunities. Also, a short drive to the Russian River area and the Sonoma Coast. We are also quite accessible to San Francisco as well. The house comes fully furnished with pretty much everything you will need: full kitchen, linen, TV, cable, WiFi, streamable Netflix, and more. We have a two-car garage and can store some of our furniture if necessary. It is a comfortable, cozy home in a great Sonoma location. In addition to the rent of $2200/month, we need to charge a fee of $350 to help us pay for internet, cable TV, heating, gas, water, electric, refuse, and cleaning.
