We enjoy this house because it has Two family rooms, which makes it easy for the children to enjoy TV or games in one room, while adults are relaxing in the other. The bedrooms are upstairs & out of the way from the noise & activities on the main level. Having a laundry chute upstairs The laundry chute goes directly into a cabinet over the washer & dryer on 1st floor. We enjoy our expansive yard which is great for BBQ'S, children playing & other outdoor activities. Because our house is in the country it is a very quiet, relaxing setting with little traffic. We enjoy watching all the wildlife such as deer that frequent the fields behind our house. We've always enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching storms in the distance & having a cup of coffee in the morning as the sun rises. Many updates such as carpet in family room.
